**Order Processing and Shipping**
Orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. After processing, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

**Returns and Exchanges**
All sales are final; we do not offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we are happy to offer an exchange. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
