**Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: During peak times, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated!
**Shipping Options & Delivery Times**
We currently ship within United States. Standard shipping times vary based on location:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)
Delivery time does not include processing time.
**Shipping Rates**
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!
** Lost or Delayed Packages**
If your package seems delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at Nurturingyourserenity@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to assist you and help locate your package.
** Incorrect Shipping Information**
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Nurturing Your Serenity is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Nurturing Your Serenity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind, allowing you to shop with confidence.
**Exchange & Replacement Policy**
At Nurturing Your Serenity, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our home fragrance products and happy to offer exchanges and replacements within 7 days of delivery. Please note that we do not offer refunds at this time.
**What qualifies for an exchange or replacement?**
You may request an exchange or replacement if: - Your item arrived damaged or defective - or the wrong product is received . Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges based on personal scent preferences once the product has been opened.
**How to request an exchange:**
If your candle arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your NAME,PHONE NUMBER , and SHIPPING DETAILS to nurturingyourserenity@gmail.com. We are committed to your satisfaction and will help resolve the issue promptly. Thank you for your understanding!
